BBQ Classes
Due to the growing interest in Competition BBQ, we have been asked by many, "When are you going to offer a BBQ class?".
Our answer to that question is: If there is enough interest generated, we will open our books and share our unique techniques and flavor profiles. We would offer this information in a 2 class format. Meaning, that each class would would discuss only 2 meats in a full one-day class. You will leave with the knowledge that made us one of the top teams in the country, including our unique brisket tecnique that scored a rare PERFECT 180 score in competition. Our brisket finished the 2011 Competition season at a phenominal KCBS ranking of 14th in the nation out of over 9100 competition teams. competition? Here's your chance!
We will open our camp to true BBQ enthusiasts that would relish the opportunity to experience what it takes to compete on the Professional BBQ circuit. You will join our award winning team for the weekend and experience all aspects of BBQ competion in real time. You will learn camp setup, prep techniques, timing, guidelines, meat selection, box building, etc. You will be part of every aspect of the competition, including the walk for awards!
